STATUTORY DECLARATION AND CONSENT FOR TRAVEL

• In order to travel with a child outside of Ontario a Statutory Declaration or Consent for Travel by the custodial parent(s) is required when minor children are travelling with one parent, or a non parent. With a Statutory Declaration and Consent for Travel, you will be in compliance with the advice of Foreign Affairs Canada. Below are some of the situations where such documentation is required.
